We only process what we need to help you and to improve the website:
We never ask for special categories of personal data, such as health or religion. Please leave those out of your messages too.
We do not sell your data and do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
The website uses a small number of cookies and local storage in your browser:
PostHog also records sessions: how the page renders and where you scroll and click. What you type into form fields is not captured. We use these recordings to find bugs and confusing spots on the website.
We use no advertising cookies and no social media cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
We work with a few service providers that process data only on our behalf:
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, that happens under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Beyond that, we only share data when the law requires us to.
We keep data no longer than the purpose we received it for requires. Messages and quote details are kept while we are in touch or working together. Data we must keep for the tax authorities, such as invoices, is kept for seven years. Cookies follow the periods listed above.
The website only works over an encrypted connection (https). Access to data is limited to the people who need it for their work.
You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also object to its use, have its use restricted, or request your data in a usable file. Email hello@010codingcollective.com; we respond within one month.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
When we change how we process data, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
